Why we need you

• Export volumes are increasing every month – the team needs reinforcement
• This role ensures smooth and reliable logistics flows from order to delivery
• Your mission: ensure flawless execution of export orders in collaboration with clients, carriers, and subsidiaries

What you’ll do

• Order processing: entering client orders in the ERP (Excel)
• Manage a portfolio of around 100 orders per month/team
• Coordinate shipments (booking, tracking, documentation)
• Check customs and tax formalities (especially for non-EU exports)
• Monitor stock levels and prioritise outgoing orders
• Collaborate with sales, supply chain, and subsidiary teams
• Contribute to tool and process improvements (CRM, automation, reporting)

• A team of 6 people split between Brussels and Paris, with a dedicated and supportive team lead

What we expect from you

• After 1 month: you're comfortable with our tools and order processes
• After 3 months: you're managing a portfolio of clients and carriers independently
• After 6 months: you're suggesting improvements and taking on more responsibility

Vereisten

• A bachelor’s degree in international trade, logistics, or supply chain
• A first experience or internship in logistics or sales administration (ADV)
• Strong command of Excel and ERP tools
• Professional English skills (minimum B2 level)
• A structured, solutions-oriented mindset and attention to detail
